The rules of the road.

You can use AudioCrab to extract audio from any video you own, have a license to use, or otherwise have the right to process. You are responsible for the content you submit.

You may not use AudioCrab to infringe copyright, distribute illegal content, harass anyone, or attempt to reverse-engineer or attack our infrastructure. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that do.

On paid plans you're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for anything done under your account. Tell us right away if you think an account has been compromised.

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly. Overages on the API plan are billed at the end of the calendar month. Prices are in US dollars; local taxes may apply.

You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. See our refund policy for details.

We target 99.95% uptime on the API plan and 99.9% on Pro. We do our best on the free tier, but we don't guarantee it. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance on the status page.

AudioCrab is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our aggregate liability under these terms is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

We may add features, remove features, or change pricing. Substantive changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance via email (paid plans) or a banner in the app (free tier). If a change doesn't work for you, cancel and we'll refund the unused portion.

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tallinn. If you're a consumer in the EU, this doesn't override the mandatory protections of your local law.
